Orchard Purchase Agreement

1. Welcome to the fruit desk

This Orchard Purchase Agreement governs your use of Appily Nineteen and every purchase of fresh fruits including citrus valleys, berry meadows, tropical canopies, stone-fruit rows, melon terraces, pome orchards and rare fruit market selections through our online fruit storefront. By browsing, registering, or completing checkout, you accept the clauses below.

2. Merchant identity

APPILY NINETEEN ORCHARD DESK PRIVATE LIMITED operates this website under the trade name Appily Nineteen. Our registered office is at Desk 19, Orchard Exchange Wing, Fruit Gate Plaza, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.

3. Catalogue standards

We list fresh fruits including citrus valleys, berry meadows, tropical canopies, stone-fruit rows, melon terraces, pome orchards and rare fruit market selections. Photography represents typical orchard appearance; natural variation in size, colour, ripeness, and sweetness may occur between seasons and growing regions.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the weight or pack size stated on each product card.
• Seasonal fruits may show limited availability during off-peak harvest windows.
• Pack weights and piece counts are subject to normal market tolerances.

4. Account requirements

Checkout requires an email-verified account. Purchasers must be eighteen years or older, or have a parent or guardian complete the transaction on their behalf.

5. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once prepaid payment is received or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where serviceable.
• Any courier surcharge for COD orders is displayed before you confirm checkout.

6. Perishability notice

Fresh fruits are perishable goods. Ripeness and shelf life at delivery depend on harvest timing, transit duration, and ambient temperature. We pack with ventilated chilled liners but cannot guarantee identical texture on arrival for every variety.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located near our Bengaluru registration address.
