Freshness Return Policy

Effective date: 14 July 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to fresh fruits including citrus valleys, berry meadows, tropical canopies, stone-fruit rows, melon terraces, pome orchards and rare fruit market selections purchased from Appily Nineteen. Because fruits are perishable, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the windows below.

2. Eligible concerns

  • Wrong fruit variety or pack size delivered compared to your confirmed order.
  • Shipment lost in transit with no delivery scan within the promised service window.
  • Product arrives crushed, mouldy, or clearly unfit for consumption on arrival.

3. Reporting window

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging and fruit condition. Reports received after this window may not qualify for remedy.

4. Remedies

Approved claims may receive a replacement shipment, partial credit, or full refund to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

5. Exclusions

Normal ripening variation, minor surface marks, or preference-based returns (taste, sweetness, firmness within expected range) are not covered.
