Cold-Chain Delivery Charter

Effective date: 14 July 2026

1. Packing

Fruits are sorted at our orchard desk, packed in breathable chilled liners, and sealed to reduce bruising in transit. Fragile varieties may include extra cushioning.

2. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation or COD acceptance. Dispatch typically occurs within one to two business days, subject to harvest availability and courier pickup schedules.

3. Shipping charges

Prepaid orders include free standard shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders may include a courier surcharge displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Serviceability

Delivery is available across most PIN codes in India. Remote or restricted zones may experience longer timelines or temporary unavailability.

5. Tracking

Track your shipment from the Orders page or Track & Support using your order number and registered email.
