Order Cancellation Protocol

Effective date: 14 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order leaves our packing desk. Use Track & Support or email orchard@appilynineteen.com with your order number.

2. After dispatch

Once a courier label is generated, cancellation may not be possible. You may refuse delivery or follow the Freshness Return Policy after receipt.

3. Refund timing

Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded within five to seven business days to the original payment method.
